Ms. Surabhi Singh, B.A. LL.B, graduated from Banaras Hindu University. She thereafter completed her post- graduation from ILS Law College with a specialization in International Law. Her areas of general interest are International Law, Constitutional Law and Jurisprudence, and has a keen interest in Human Rights Law.
She has completed a training programme on Alternate Dispute Resolution Methods organised by the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (IALS). She has also participated in the ‘State Level Seminar on Euthanasia’ organised by the Centre for Human Rights, ILS Law College and lecture series on ‘Law, Gender and Equality’. She has co-edited the book titled ‘Environmental Justice in India’ (2018) and presented papers, like, Constitutional Values through the Prism of Preamble (Constitutional Values in the 21st Century), A Rape is a Rape: A Battle Half Won (Crime and Consent: A Feministic Revisitation) etc in several national seminars.
She has been teaching at NUSRL for a year now and has taught International Relations, Hindu Law and International Human Rights Law. Currently she is handling Professional Ethics and Constitutional Litigation.
Additionally, she also has a degree in History (Hons.) from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University.
