Nikita Pattajoshi holds B.B.A LL.B. (Hons. in Intellectual Property) from National Law University, Odisha (NLUO) and LL.M. with specialization in Corporate and Commercial Laws from National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata (NUJS). Nikita has qualified National Eligibility Test (NET) with Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), conducted by UGC. In addition, she is pursuing Company Secretaryship (CS) from Institute of Companies Secretaries (ICSI), New Delhi and is currently pursuing the Final Stage.
Nikita has previously taught in Tamil Nadu National Law School, Tiruchirappalli where she handled Constitutional law, International Commercial Arbitration and Public International Law. Currently, she is handling Elections laws and International Environmental Law.
Nikita’s research interests are in public laws, specifically constitutional law, natural resources law and public policy. She has to her credit a chapter titled “IP in way of clean and green environment: Is licensing the solution”, in edited book on Energy Law and Policy published by Oxford University Press. She has attended a number of national and international conferences and presented papers.
Apart from academics, Nikita takes deep interest in classical dance.
